The Rea Azalea features Invacare’s innovative Dual Stability System (DSS), which shifts the user’s weight as the chair tilts and reclines. This unique design improves stability, reduces pressure and shear forces, and helps maintain a comfortable and secure seating position. The chair offers up to 25° of seat tilt and 30° of backrest recline, allowing carers to easily reposition the user for comfort, pressure relief, and improved posture.

Built with a strong yet durable frame, the Rea Azalea includes a highly adjustable seating system with customizable seat width, depth, backrest height, armrests, footrests, and headrest. It is available with either transit wheels for attendant use or larger self-propel wheels for users with some independent mobility. The wheelchair supports users weighing up to 135 kg, with a total chair weight of approximately 34 kg, depending on its configuration.
